Atlanta United opening store at Atlantic Station

Atlanta United, in conjunction with the Atlanta Falcons, will be opening a retail store at Atlantic Station. It opens to the public this Saturday, October 8, at 10:00 a.m.

“As we continue to build our club, we’re pleased to be able to offer Atlanta United merchandise at our new official team store in Atlantic Station,” said Atlanta United President Darren Eales. “As one of the few MLS teams to have a retail store away from its stadium, we’re delighted that our fans will be able to find exclusive Atlanta United merchandise ahead of our first season.”

Retail stores outside of the stadium are somewhat common for other major American sports, but relatively new for MLS clubs. Seattle has multiple locations for stores, managed in conjunction with the Seahawks NFL franchise. Real Salt Lake, San Jose, and Vancouver also have off-site retail stores.

Saturday’s grand opening will feature prize drawings for team kits, season tickets, and a private training ground tour for fans who are among the first 100 people to enter the store. Giveaways for gear and autographed items will take place throughout the day.

All Atlanta United Founding Members will receive 15% off every day on purchases. The retail store will feature some specific items that will not be available elsewhere.
