Atlanta United’s U16 and U18 teams finished their 2016 U.S. Soccer Development Academy schedule over the weekend and maintained their unbeaten records. The U18’s are 8-0-3 after a win and a draw, while the U16’s are 9-0-2 and in first place of the Southeast Division after the same results.
In Saturday’s games, Jeffrey Otoo made his U18 academy debut as a second half substitute and scored twice in a 4-1 win over Weston FC of Florida. Edwin Figueroa and Mike Ille also scored in the victory. The U16’s tied 1-1 on a goal by James Brighton.
The U18’s lost a late lead on Sunday and tied Kendall FC 4-4. Machop Chol, who publicly announced his commitment to Wake Forest University, scored twice in the draw. Mike Ille scored his second goal of the weekend and Lagos Kunga also tallied for United. Blake White scored the winning goal for the U16’s in their 1-0 win.

Bargagna has played eight times this season for the Atlanta United U13 team, scoring four goals in five starting appearances. Worton has made eight starts for the U13’s this season.
