The 2017 MLS match ball unveiled

Nice ball.

EDIT: It’s official.

The internet has done it again. While the Atlanta United home kit somehow stayed secure and out of sight of the public until its unveiling, the same can’t be said for the 2017 MLS match ball.

Famed soccer merchandise leaker, Footy Headlines, uncovered the new adidas “Nativo” ball that will be used during the 2017 MLS season. It looks absolutely gorgeous.

Here’s a bigger image that shows off the USA and Canada flag-infused design:

The 2016 edition featured both the USA and Canada flags, but not to this level of dynamic design. This just pops and looks really classy.

While you hardly ever see a soccer ball up close and personal during a match, it’s always nice not to have to look at an ugly color or design for 90 minutes. This one is pretty aesthetically pleasing, in my humble opinion.

What do you think? Is that worthy of being an official MLS ball?
