Chucktown Check-In: Week 5 - The Tambakis Episode, Battery vs Bethlehem Steel Review

Alex Tambakis talks to Eric Quintana and Seamus Grady about the weekend's match and dive into how things are going with the Battery and all things Atlanta United.

Week five of the Chucktown Check-In! Charleston Battery play Bethlehem Steel FC to a scoreless draw on Sunday. While Atlanta United goalkeeper, Alex Tambakis, didn't play, we do get a chance to talk to the first player signed by the new Atlanta MLS franchise.

The Battery sit in fifth place in the east with eight points; two wins one loss and two draws. Looking back at the first five matches – eight out of fifteen points is OK, but looking back at those two draws and the opportunities they had to win those games, the Battery could easily be sitting atop the Eastern Conference. Also, only five goals in five matches.

The Battery next face the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at home on April 30, 7:30PM on Youtube.com. Make sure to follow Dirty South Soccer for the direct feed to the live stream. We also host a live chat during the game on Dirty South Soccer so make sure you partake.
