Welcome to the Second Round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. 21 games are on tap across the country tonight. Teams from the USL enter the tournament in this round.

Atlanta United’s USL affiliate, the Charleston Battery, hosts one of the surprises from the First Round at MUSC Health Stadium for a 7:30pm kickoff. The Villages SC is a new PDL team that plays their games on a polo field in "Florida's premier active adult retirement community." They upset long time amateur club Kraze United of the NPSL 1-0.

Other interesting match-ups tonight include:

FC Cincinnati vs. Indy Eleven NPSL, 7:00pm

The new darlings of USL, FC Cincinnati, drew over 23,000 fans for their last home game. Will those fans take to the US Open Cup? Tonight, they host the Indy Eleven's NPSL club at Nippert Stadium for their first taste of the nation's oldest tournament. Check out Cincinnati's preview here and you can listen to the game here.

Charlotte Eagles vs. Charlotte Independence, 7:00pm

Founded in 1991, the Eagles used to be The Queen City's USL club. They dropped down to the PDL in 2015 and were quickly replaced by the Independence. This will be the first match between the two teams.

Watch below:

Louisville City FC vs. Detroit City FC, 7:00pm

Detroit City arguably has the highest profile of any club from the NPSL. They defeated their in-state rivals Michigan Bucks in the First Round in a penalty shootout. They travel to face a second year Louisville City club that reached the Fourth Round in last year's tournament.

Rochester Rhinos vs. Southie FC, 7:00pm

Southie FC is an amateur team that recently won the Massachusetts State Soccer League and upset the Seacoast United Phantoms in last week's First Round. Check out their back story here, thanks to New England Soccer Today. Tonight they travel to Rochester to face the last lower division club that won this tournament. The Rhinos won the Cup in 1999 after defeating four MLS clubs.

Pittsburgh Riverhounds vs. Landsdowne Bhoys, 7:00pm

The Landsdowne Bhoys are the pride of the Cosmopolitan Soccer League in New York City. They were founded in 1997 and had their biggest win last week when they upset the Long Island Rough Riders 2-1. Pittsburgh hosts them in the Second Round and will provide quite the challenge. The Riverhounds reached the Fourth Round of last year's tournament.

Chattanooga FC vs. Reading United, 7:30pm

Reading United defeated the Atlanta Silverbacks last week 2-0 in the First Round. They travel to Finley Stadium in Chattanooga for tonight's Second Round match. Chattanooga FC hosted last year's NPSL Final, losing to the New York Cosmos B. They have reached the Third Round of the Open Cup in each of the past two years.

Watch the match below:

San Antonio FC vs. Corinthians FC of San Antonio, 8:00pm

The newly formed San Antonio FC hosts their first Open Cup match tonight, facing the NPSL's Corinthians FC of San Antonio. This will also be Corinthians' first Open Cup match as they advanced to the Second Round after a forfeit by the NTX Rayados.

Colorado Springs Switchbacks vs. Harpo’s FC, 9:00pm

Harpo's is another of the great Open Cup stories. They were founded by a group of friends from college in 1997. They looked very strong in the First Round, winning 2-0 away over the PDL Albuquerque Sol. Now, they've earned a rematch with the Switchbacks. Last year, Colorado Springs ended the Cinderella Story of Harpo's with a 2-1 win.

FC Tucson vs. Arizona United, 10:30pm

FC Tucson won their First Round match 3-0 over San Nicolas FC of the USASA. The win earns them a home game with the local rivals, USL's Arizona United. Last year, United was bounced from the tournament in the Second Round by the NPSL's Sonoma County Sol.
