These days, a club following a player on Twitter is pretty much the same as announcing that they have signed, right?

#VillalbaWatch is getting a little batty, okay?

While we wait for more news on Tito, it became official yesterday that Kenwyne Jones was added to the provisional 30 man squad for Central FC of Trinidad and Tobago for the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League. As the club told us earlier this week, they expect that Jones will be joining Atlanta United in January.

"He's on the provisional squad but we have not agreed anything contractually or anything of the sort," Central FC CEO Brent Sancho told Newsday. "What we did was submit a list of players to CONCACAF.”

Stay tuned to us here at Dirty South Soccer in case news breaks today!
