In a few week's time, the 2016 Summer Olympics will commence in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. To warm-up for the tournament, Nigeria will play the Charleston Battery tonight at Silverbacks Park in a friendly match. This is a huge chance for soccer fans in Atlanta to see some fantastic young talent. Not only are the Nigeria U-23's stacked with international quality youngsters like Roma's Umar Sadiq and Liverpool's Taiwo Awoniyi, but several Atlanta United prospects will be one hand to feature in the match for the Battery.

Alex Tambakis, Andrew Carleton, and Jeffrey Otoo are all scheduled to play against Nigeria. There are also reports of other Atlanta United academy players possibly being involved.
