The Daily Dirt, July 30: No Villalba yet for Xolos

Tijuana wins 4-0 over Chivas

Hector Villalba was not in the 18 for Xolos in last night’s big home match with Chivas. If Tijuana keeps playing like they did last night, Villalba will have a tough time cracking the lineup. Xolos blew Chivas out of Estadio Caliente last night 4-0.

Check out the Xolos’ counterattack in action on their second goal:

Villalba’s next chance with Xolos is on Saturday, August 6 as they face Cruz Azul at 6:00 p.m.

It looks like Kenwyne Jones will be the first of Atlanta’s new signings to see action on loan as his Central FC hosts Vancouver in the CONCACAF Champions League on Tuesday, August 2 at 8:00 p.m.
