Interesting day yesterday on the rumor front, huh?

Let’s play catch up on where everything stands with the Gerardo Martino rumors this morning. Last night, Argentine media began reporting on the possibility of Tata coming to Atlanta to become United’s first manager.

The reports run the gamut, from Martino discussing the opportunity with Atlanta to it being a done deal. Some reports have placed Martino in Atlanta now. As with all reports, anything can happen until the contract is signed and the press release goes out. We will keep you posted on anything that breaks on this front today, make sure you are following us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest.

You have to admit, it’s a little exciting to see this graphic though:

For more discussion on Martino, check out this morning’s new edition of the Peachtree Post as Jarrett Smith and I talk about his career and what he could bring to the table in Atlanta.
