Chris McCann - Coventry City - League One
Fleetwood Town 2, Coventry City 0
McCann started but only lasted 37 minutes before exiting the match with an apparent knee injury. We don’t have much information on the injury other than he walked off the field on his own accord. We’ll update his status as soon as we find out anything.
Tito Villalba - Club Tijuana - Liga MX
Liga MX took the week off for the international break. Xolos will return to action on September 10 vs. Monterrey.
Kenwyne Jones - Central FC - TT Pro League
The TT Pro League is inactive currently. Jones is off on international duty with Trinidad & Tobago. He captained his side against Guatemala in a huge World Cup qualifier. Jones and the Soca Warriors got the draw they needed on the night to clinch advancement into the CONCACAF Hexagonal final round of qualifying. T&T face off against the USMNT on Tuesday and they can relax after having already clinched.
Junior Burgos - Tampa Bay Rowdies - NASL
Tampa Bay Rowdies 1, Indy Eleven 1
Burgos was an unused substitute once again. It’s been a rough season for the former Silverback, there’s no way around it.
Alex Tambakis & Jeffrey Otoo - Charleston Battery - USL
Charleston Battery 1, Rochester Rhinos 2
Tambakis started once again and made a few key saves, including this amazing stop from a point blank chance:

Unfortunately, he was unable to stop two shots on the night and the Battery fell, 2-1. The game-winning goal will probably be one he’ll want back as a shot hit him but crept through his arm and side and into the back of the net.
Jeffrey Otoo was an unused sub on the night.
Andrew Carleton & Chris Goslin - Battery/USYNT
Both players have returned from international duty. While not confirmed, look for one or both to join the Battery real soon as previous timelines have suggested.
