The offseason is a chaotic time for lower-division soccer in the United States. In the National Premier Soccer League, a de facto fourth division, new clubs are announced with much fanfare while others fold without a sound.

Dirty South Soccer will attempt to keep a running record of the turnover so that you don’t have to. Below you’ll find three sections: Confirmed Expansions, Confirmed Departures, and Uncertain. Next to each club is a link to the announcement confirming their status for 2017.
