Atlanta United picked up their first win in MLS history on a snowy afternoon in Minnesota. The Five Stripes overcame the conditions to put on a very good performance to win 6-1. Josef Martinez notched a hat trick while Miguel Almiron added a brace to lead United to the historic victory. Jacob Peterson also scored late.
Three points are finally on the board after coming close in Week 1. It was a very sloppy match with the snow making everything difficult, but Atlanta did amazingly well to stick to their game plan and make things happen on the attacking end.
