Atlanta United broke a two-match league losing streak on Saturday with a 3-1 win over Columbus Crew. In front of yet another raucous, sold out crowd at Bobby Dodd Stadium, Tata Martino’s side put on a show in the second half to secure the three points.
It was a night full of memorable moments provided by the club’s three Designated Players. But, there can be only one MOTM.
Man of the Match: Miguel Almiron
For the 86th time this season, Miggy The Magic Man takes home the DSS MOTM award thanks to his amazing game-winning goal, in which he dribbled from the halfway line and scored past Crew goalkeeper Zack Steffen. It may have not been his best overall performance of the season, but all anyone will remember is that special goal to seal the win.
