Romario Williams had a pretty goal a week and a half ago against Curaçao in the group stage of the Gold Cup. Tonight, in the quarterfinals, with his team already leading Canada 1-0, he struck again to double the margin.

The goal deflected off the hand of goalkeeper Milan Borjan, but it was still a gorgeous, well-timed strike nonetheless. It’s his second goal of the tournament and of his international career - in just his fifth appearance with the Reggae Boyz. With goals like this and the ones he’s scored in the USL, the stock of the Atlanta United loanee to the Charleston Battery continues to rise dramatically.
