Bryan Rochez’s time at Atlanta United has come to an end. The Honduran striker who joined the club after being claimed off waivers from Orlando City in March, has signed a contract with Portuguese second division club C.D. Nacional da Madeira.

Rochez, 22, was signed as a young Designated Player by Orlando City and spent two seasons with the Lions before joining Atlanta at the start of their inaugural season. He never appeared in any matches for the club despite being here for about five months.
Claiming once-promising striker was a smart and safe gamble by Atlanta’s technical staff, but it didn’t work out. Now they have an open roster spot to work with.
