Atlanta United opened Mercedes-Benz Stadium in style on Sunday afternoon. The Five Stripes dominated FC Dallas from start to finish on their way to a 3-0 victory in their first-ever match in the new stadium. Goals from Leandro Gonzalez Pirez (his first for ATL), Josef Martinez, and Greg Garza lifted Atlanta to a huge win as they fight for a playoff spot in the ultra-competitive Eastern conference.
