It's been a while since we've had this opportunity, but once again the 17s have a chance to demonstrate the power of the democratic process.
Greg Garza's finish for Atlanta United's third goal against FC Dallas has been selected for consideration as Goal of the Week. The goal was perhaps most remarkable for Josef Martinez' sneaky dummy on the ball, pulling Dallas defender Walker Zimmerman away from goal, leaving Garza wide open for the easy slot in. Technically that wasn't an assist, since he didn't touch the ball, but it really ought to be. A thing of beauty, it was.
The icing on the cake

Late Sunday, Garza was trailing the Vancouver Whitecaps' Yordy Reyna by 10 points. By Monday morning that had flipped to an 8-point lead. Maintaining that should be fairly simple with our massive numerical advantage. Yes, that's right, I am hereby encouraging you all to stuff the ballot box.
