Atlanta United fans, like the club motto says, don’t stop. Two more MLS attendance records have been broken by the Five Stripes.

The total single-season attendance mark has been shattered by the club. Achieving the mark even before the the final home match of the season. Including the final match, the total of 901,033 destroy the previous record of 819,404.

The other record to fall is the single-season attendance average. With nearly 72,000 in attendance for the final match of the season, the average rose to 53,002 for the year. This mark is almost 5,000 more than Atlanta totaled in their inaugural season.

Fears that interest in Atlanta United would wane over time have more than been alleviated. Now the question is, what record can’t they break?
