We all know the old cliché: Big players make big plays in big games. Atlanta United has quite a few players that this could describe, but it might not fit any player better than Franco Escobar. He did it in the MLS Cup Final last season, and he did it again with his goal against New England this past Saturday. When Escobar smashed Ezequiel Barco’s pass upper 90, “Playoff Franco” was back.
