WATCH: Miguel Almiron finally scores first Premier League goal

After nearly a full calendar year in England, Miguel Almiron has finally found the scoresheet for Newcastle United. The former Atlanta United attacker has had his struggles making a statistical impact on Tyneside since his arrival in January. By all accounts he’s been influential with his play, the goals and assists just haven’t come.

The first assist came a few weeks ago and now the elusive goal has finally arrived. And it was a very important one, giving the Magpies a lead late in their match against Crystal Palace. Here’s a look at his memorable moment:
