As the heavens opened over BC Place, the shots rained down from Atlanta United in a 1-0 win against the Vancouver Whitecaps, Atlanta’s fifth straight win and fifth straight clean sheet. Tito Villalba provided a spark, and combination play between Josef Martinez, Pity Martinez and Franco Escobar earned the visitors a penalty that proved decisive.
