Atlanta United was on the advantageous end of a red card decision in the first half, but the visitors were unable to capitalize on their man advantage for a majority of the game, losing 1-0 in Red Bull Arena Sunday. Against the run of play (though not undeserved), someone named Tom Barlow got his noggin on the end of a Daniel Royer deep cross and managed to sneak it past Brad Guzan. The goal finally breaks Atlanta’s notable streak of minutes without conceding over the last 7 matches.
Instead of giving you our player ratings, we what to know what you think. Below is a ratings form for you to fill out with how you rate each Atlanta United player’s performance. After a day/night of voting, we’ll tabulate the ratings and reveal them with the top rated player being named our site’s Man of the Match. Feel free to head down to the comments section and leave your thoughts on the match as a whole or give your detailed explanation of your ratings.
