WATCH: Justin Meram’s first Atlanta United goal is an absolute banger

It took Justin Meram a few months to notch his first goal for Atlanta United, but I think we can all agree the first one was worth the wait. The Iraq international opened the scoring for the Five Stripes against the Montreal Impact with simply stunning curler from outside the box:

Meram was acquired from Columbus in May and has only appeared a few times for the club since. But, with absences due to international duty and injuries, he got a chance to start on the left wing against Montreal and took full advantage. What a strike!
