Atlanta United 2-0 D.C. United: Post-match reaction

You rate, you react to a huge Eastern Conference win.

AJ Reynolds/Atlanta United

After starting the game on the bench, Pity Martínez came on in the second half to provide the game winning goal for Atlanta United in a scrappy 2-0 win over D.C. United Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Things looked bleak after Josef Martínez uncharacteristically missed a second half penalty, but Atlanta persisted and, in the end, got its winner and a cherry on top from Martínez.

Instead of giving you our player ratings, we what to know what you think. Below is a ratings form for you to fill out with how you rate each Atlanta United player’s performance. After a day/night of voting, we’ll tabulate the ratings and reveal them with the top rated player being named our site’s Man of the Match. Feel free to head down to the comments section and leave your thoughts on the match as a whole or give your detailed explanation of your ratings.
