Atlanta United host Club America on Wednesday in the second-ever Campeones Cup, a new competition that pits the champs of MLS and Liga MX against each other. The AJC’s Doug Roberson tweeted out the Fives Stripes’ matchday squad for the one-off “final” that features all of the names you’d expect with few interesting additions:

It appears that only Brandon Vazquez is missing among the regular first team players. He’s been sidelined the past few weeks with an injury and doesn’t seem to be ready to go yet.
In more positive news, George Bello and Kevin Kratz are both listed in the team. Both players were expected to play roles this season but have been injured virtually all season. While it remains to be seen where Kratz’s place in the first team would be, Bello’s absence has affected the left-back position all year. He’s recently made a few appearances for ATL UTD 2 to get up to full fitness.
Another interesting name included is the club’s newest homegrown player, George Campbell. It was announced in July that the the 18-year-old, who has played quite often for the 2’s this season, would sign a Homegrown contract with the first team beginning in January.
It’s impossible to know exactly how Frank de Boer will treat this match with a jam-packed fixture list already to contend with. With players like Tito Villalba, Andrew Carleton and Mo Adams not getting very many minutes, it could be a good time to give them a chance to play. But, there’s always the competitive nature in everyone when a trophy is on the line, so it’s very possible that the best eleven at least starts the match.
