Atlanta United waded through a cluttered mess of a game in Orlando and came out on the other side with a 2-0 win and a trip to the U.S. Open Cup Final thanks to goals from Eric Remedi and Emerson Hyndman.
The things that happened in the game that was played
Atlanta found a few handfuls of chances from the start of the game on, but didn’t find a breakthrough until noted scoring threat Remedi snuck the ball past the Orlando keeper.
Then he danced. My god did he dance.

Atlanta kept finding chances but the game went from messy to aesthetic tire fire very quickly in the second half. Fortunately, Atlanta kept Orlando from finding a cluster goal long enough for Hyndman to score his first Atlanta United goal, and the second of the night for the Five Stripes.

Atlanta now has six wins and two draw in eight games versus Orlando.
Fathered again.

DSS Man of the Match
Remedi won the vote in the slack. An opening goal and several other big chances will do that.
I voted for Dom Dwyer.
Larentowicz Man of the Match
