According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta United will play its quarterfinal home leg of the CONCACAF Champions League in Kennesaw at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, not Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Atlanta confirmed its progress to the next round of the CONCOCAF Champions League after an impressive performance in Kennesaw against Honduran side F.C. Motagua.

The first leg of the quarterfinal will take place between March 10-12, and the home leg of Atlanta’s quarterfinal matchup will take place between March 17-19.

Atlanta will not be able to use its usual home venue to host its opponent, which will be determined on Wednesday after the second leg between Club America and Comunicaciones, due to the 2020 Final Four taking place between April 4-6.

Re-configuring Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the Final Four will reportedly take weeks and begins on March 16th.

Specific dates and times regarding Atlanta’s next CCL matchup will be released on Friday.
