Clear and Obvious: Atlanta United - Kings of MLS Jerseys, Kings of Everything, Emperors even

The vote wasn’t even close

MLS: Atlanta United FC at Sporting KC Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

Sports are still mostly off except for in Germany or South Korea. Here in the US we have to be content with extremely accurate and objective Michael Jordan documentaries. Luckily, MLS.com has a twitter account that is keeping everyone really entertained with fun polls so that fans can be engaged and excited about the potential of the only soccer league that features a high number of college graduates coming back soon, or at some point in the future - does it even matter when it happens? Everyday is the same and time has lost all meaning 2020... 2021... 2022... the only difference will be more college graduates being smoked by Carlos Vela. Did you know that the Chicago Fire are the best expansion team of all time?

Along those lines, the MLS twitter asked people to choose between three novelty kits - the first from 1997 worn by something called the Kansas City Wizards, the 98 New England Revolution kit, a uniform that was fun and original and would immediately be rejected as not consistent with one of the three designs that is appropriate for a modern American Football Club to wear, and the kooky 9 stripe kit that Atlanta United has been sporting.

No surprise - Atlanta won!

Congrats to the team for winning it’s 5th title in club history after taking home the eMLS championship last week!
