The excruciating wait is finally over. Atlanta United have scored their first goal in over five months. Pity Martinez’s opening tally against Nashville SC was almost worth the wait. Pity’s fresh start under a new manager seems to be agreeing with him so far. He’s been deployed out on the left wing, a position he hasn’t gotten to play much during his time in Atlanta. So far, it’s looking very good for Pity in the post-Frank de Boer era.
