Atlanta United is known for one thing in MLS, selling a lot of soccer jerseys. As such, the team is one of a few clubs that is being allowed to have a primary kit, a secondary kit, and a tertiary kit. The team is holding an event at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta where the jersey will be unveiled. Roberson reports that the tickets to the event, held between 7:00pm-10:30pm on Thursday, June 10th, will be free to season ticket holders.
Atlanta United is holding the event at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights because of a new exhibit at the center showcasing unity and soccer in Atlanta that will run from June 18th-20th.
