Atlanta United has struggled mightily to score goals in 2021 but on Friday against Orlando City they’ve managed two Goal of the Week frontrunners. After Josef Martinez scored the fastest MLS goal in club history, Marcelino Moreno has given the Five Stripes the lead again with a goal reminiscent of the first goal Atlanta ever scored against Orlando.

While it might not have the same dramatic effect as Tito Villalba’s 2017 Goal of the Year, it certainly rivals it in aesthetics. This hellacious hit will undoubtedly be one of the goals of the season for Atlanta and to come against Orlando is just icing on the cake.
