Scarves and Spikes chat Atlanta United’s busy week ahead, plus Wiley to the USMNT

This seems like the calm before the storm as Atlanta prepares to play three matches in six days.

The Scarves and Spikes crew returned Wednesday night with another full episode to chat about the recent Atlanta United draw against Toronto, Caleb Wiley’s USMNT call-up, the upcoming homestand against Chicago Fire, and plenty more.

Fresh off the first Patreon-only watch-along and giveaway (goodbye Josef candle...for now), Tyler, Tommy, and Sydney had plenty of their own opinions about the manner in which the 2-1 lead was given up via the final kick of the match. They also dove into potential lineup conundrums for Gonzalo Pineda as a busy week approaches; the Five Stripes host Chicago Sunday, Memphis 901 in the U.S. Open Cup Wednesday, and then travel to Nashville next Saturday.

Keep an eye on the show in the near future as plenty of exciting content is on its way. See y’all next week!
