Over the past week plus, rumors have been running rampant about Atlanta United signing Independiente’s young attacking sensation, Ezequiel Barco. The latest reports out of Argentina suggest that the deal is all but done and will be completed as soon as the club finish their run in the Copa Sudamericana.

Tonight, they play the first leg of the final against Flamengo. This will be a great chance to see Barco in action for ourselves and see if the rumored $12 million transfer fee is being put to good use.

A reminder that the Barco rumor is still just a rumor and nothing is final until we see an official announcement. However, that won’t stop us from obsessing over every little detail of a big match he’s playing in. Come watch the match with us and head down to the comments and lets us know how you think he’s playing.
