Earlier this week, MLS posted an article about their players' diversity with a great graphic showing how many players come from each country of the world.
This inspired us to think about the players of Atlanta United. Doug Roberson posted the birth countries and states of the players on our roster, so it was only natural that we create a map graphic to put a visualization with the list.

Interesting to note that Atlanta United represents 13 different countries on 4 continents, and 8 different states in the USA.
Jeffrey Otoo is the lone representative of Africa, the first signing Alex Tambakis holds down Greece, and newest signee Brian Rochez is from Honduras. Argentina and England both boast 3 players, tied for second behind USA.
This map will certainly change frequently, including the addition of Brad Guzan lighting up Illinois when he joins the team on July 10th.
