Is this the night Atlanta United’s winless streak finally ends?
Twelve matches is a long time, and the longer Atlanta go without a win, the fainter its playoff hopes get. It’ll look to get things on the right track against a Columbus Crew side that’s allowed 8 goals through 2 matches after having given up 12 in its first 15 MLS contests.
And just as it appeared that Atlanta’s offense slowly but surely had been starting to click, Josef Martinez picked up a red card against CF Montreal for self-defense, I guess, meaning he will sit this one out. The good news? Miles Robinson will be available for selection and should get the call in defense, and Atlanta will need it to contend with a forward corps that will likely see Gyasi Zardes among Caleb Porter’s XI.
Here’s who I think will start for Atlanta this evening:
GK: Brad Guzan
D: Anton Walkes
D: Miles Robinson
D: Alan Franco
LWB: George Bello
RWB: Ronald Hernández
MF: Santiago Sosa
CAM: Marcelino Moreno
LW: Ezequiel Barco
RW: Erik López
ST: Cubo Torres

What are your thoughts on the lineup? Does Cubo Torres or Jackson Conway get the start at striker in your opinion? Let me know in the comments.
